Fundraising

We both share the same passion of doing everything we can to help youth sports in our area flourish.

Eastern Maine Sports is a group that serves our whole community bringing live broadcasts of high school sporting events for FREE.  They do not charge the schools any money, and raise all of their funds by selling advertising opportunities to local business.

Likewise, Ideal Energy Sports has the same idea.  How can we offer free services to the youth in our area?  Our idea is to provide a free indoor baseball/softball league at the Jim Robinson Field House in Dover-Foxcroft.  We are inviting kids from Dover, Dexter, Guilford, Greenville, Milo, and Corinth school districts to play in the league this fall and winter for free.  There are no guarantees of it being free the whole time, it all depends on how much money we can raise.

To raise money we have been offering lots of unique advertising opportunities. There are lots of expenses with this venture.  Field House rental fees, the HitTrax machine, insurance, marketing and advertising, other equipment, and of course "labor". 

Our goal is to employ 3-6 high school students year round to support our business.

So.......we are doing all kinds of fundraising to make this happen.  And our newest fundraiser is a joint effort with Eastern Maine Sports.  Those guys over there work their butts off almost every night during sports seasons bringing you live action, pre game, and post game interviews.  The kids absolutely love the atmosphere and opportunity these guys bring to their events.
